Adobe – Activate Adobe Pro software using serial number

Problem

A customer who has purchased a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro wishes to activate their software license.

  1. Adobe Acrobat Pro

Resolution

An Adobe Acrobat Pro license is a 20 digit alpha numeric code used to activate the software.  Please use the instructions below.

  1. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  2. Then click Help > Activate.
  3. Then choose the option:  I have purchased Acrobat Serial number.
  4. Then enter the Adobe Acrobat serial number into the edit box, then click Next.
  5. If you are prompted to get a different installer click Continue button.
  6. Acrobat Pro will be installed onto your machine automatically.
