Dongle license
For customers who have requested dongle license please be ware of the following:
- Customers who have opted for USB dongle authorisation should note that the USB dongle contains no software to install, Do not connect the dongle until the Freedom Scientific product has been installed first. Once the JAWS is installed the dongle when connected will usually be properly detected and correct drivers installed.
- If the dongle has been connected to a system prior to JAWS installation please consult the article USB dongle not detected to resolve the problem.
